Modern amenities in rooms were appreciated during my stay.
The beach being a couple of minutes walk was fine, but I was disappointed there was no pool. the rooftop jacuzzi was not as hot as expected, which made it less enjoyable. Lastly, better bedside lamps would have enhanced the reading experience at night.

Just back from a four-night stay at Alameda. The room was a Standard Double, and cleanliness stood out right away. I appreciated the efficient shower. it maintained temperature well. The upgrade at check-in was a nice surprise, giving us more space. The breakfast spread was quite varied, with hot and cold options, making it a good start to the day. The location was great, with easy access to Tapas alley and the beautiful Levante beach just a couple of minutes away. my room overlooked the staircase, so I missed any nice views. I also found the street noise a bit much at times, especially late at night, despite having the windows closed. There’s no pool, which I’m okay with since the beach is nearby, but the rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t as hot as I expected. Never had any tea or coffee facilities in the room. it would have been nice to enjoy a cuppa without having to leave. Lastly, while the staff were mostly helpful, I did notice some delays at the bar during peak times. the little things, like the friendly service and great breakfasts are what would bring me back, despite a few quirks.
